the corner of Camino de la Laguna and called Espiga, at Stop 36 of the Mansa Beach
with an area of 600m2 covered and distribute in two floors, separating the spaces of
common use from the private ones, the house could be rented for a numerous family or
two couples with children.
In addition of the magnificent pool and the 1800 meters of Green area which is fully
enjoyable in the summer months, the House has a great Wood burning fire place plus
a central heating system of refract able floor tile for pleasure and comfort in the winter
